As chief financial officer at the Wexner Medical Center and vice president for health sciences at Ohio State, Larmore oversees a $2.75 billion operation that includes seven hospitals and provides more than 1.7 million outpatient visits per year.
He is a senior financial executive with multi-billion dollar budget and P&L leadership experience, overseeing finance, treasury and real estate operations at two of the nation’s highest-ranked hospitals. Leveraging 30-plus years of experience, he has served in chief financial and board roles and is known for his expertise in strategic planning, financial management and team leadership. Larmore develops strong organizations with highly skilled professionals. He is passionate about evolving business organizations and employees.
Prior to joining Ohio State, Larmore served in concurrent roles as group senior vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer and president for Royal Charter Properties at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. In these leadership roles, Larmore led $1B budgets, 1,000-plus staff and five departments. He has also worked for Ernst & Young.
Larmore is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from State University of New York at Oswego. He is a member of numerous healthcare associations.
