New university-wide contracts were recently awarded for Flowers and Occasion Gifts.
Contracts were awarded to six suppliers to provide a robust assortment of products and services to choose from. The Sourcing Team has negotiated rates, discounts, and terms with suppliers for use by the University through a competitive bid process.
The scope of these contracts includes, but is not limited to, floral arrangements, plants, gift baskets, gift items or sweets, to mark any occasion. Among possible occasions could be retirements, promotions, sympathy, get well, congratulations, etc.
