To take advantage of the best available pricing and service, the Purchasing Department is working to serve your needs in three ways.

  • For the most commonly used products, the university buys goods in bulk so that they are available at discounted rates and on demand, often for next-day delivery.  See what's available through Stores.  
  • The university also negotiates or connects to best-in-class contracts with vendors for a wide variety of other products and services. Whether you are purchasing next-day items from Stores, or you want to view all of the available products for purchase from university suppliers, place your order through Buckeye Buy in Workday.
  • For your technology needs, Tech Hub is your one-stop shop.

STORES

Warehouses across campus that provide different commodities and services for the various niche markets within the university community.

Buckeye Buy

Online portal for purchasing products for your department or business unit using university funds. Purchase products from the OSU Stores warehouse or from other university suppliers.

TECH HUB

The official technology store of The Ohio State University also offers BuckeyeBar technical support and on-campus warranty repair service.
