As an Enterprise Project leader, Holly is focused on supporting operational excellence throughout the university through this business transformation project. Specifically, she leads the finance and supply chain business process teams that are working to design, configure and test the Workday system, which is being implemented for Ohio State’s financial, HR, payroll and student information systems.
Holly has extensive experience in fiscal and technology operations and strategy. For more than two decades, she has worked for Ohio State, both as an employee and consultant.
As an Accenture consultant, Holly was a team member in the initial PeopleSoft Financial implementations. After which, she joined Ohio State and was a team lead for the 8.4 PeopleSoft project. She led design and implementation of the eRequest and eTravel tools. She served as project director in Business and Finance and led efforts to integrate common services with other central offices— a forerunner of the Enterprise Project. In 2014, she joined Kaiser Consulting, where she worked with on some corporate engagements and eventually began working with the university on the Enterprise Project. She rejoined the university in 2017 as a member of the Enterprise Project leadership team.
Holly earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in 1997 and a master’s degree in public policy and management from Ohio State in 2005. She has certifications in change management, project management and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations.
