Can my PCard Application Request or PCard Maintenance Request be edited by others?

Answer

Edits may be necessary after the PCard Application or PCard Maintenance Request has been initiated or submitted. Edits cannot be made after the PCard Application or PCard Maintenance Request has been approved or denied.

When the Request has been 'Saved for Later' (not submitted):

  • Notification will appear in initiator's Tasks Awaiting Action in Workday.
  • The initiator can edit content as applicable and submit.

When the Request has been 'Submitted' (not approved):

  • After submission, the Request can be edited by the Cost Center Manager before approval or can be sent back to the initiator for edits.

When the Request has been 'Sent Back' by an approver:

  • Notification will appear in initiator's Tasks Awaiting Action in Workday.
  • The initiator can edit content as applicable and resubmit.
