Ordering Supplies and Equipment

The following supplies may be ordered by contacting the Office of the Treasurer:

• Sequential and Custom Deposit Slips
• Remote Capture Machine
• Endorsement Stamp 

To order the above deposit supplies, the fiscal officer must email requests to, BF-Depository-Services@osu.edu. Please include department name, contact name, phone number, a copy of your current slips, and number of slips or stamps needed.  

For all other cash and check deposit needs please see below.

• Bank Deposit Bags – Buckeye Buy, Item #53741
• Deposit Center Log Books – Office of the Treasurer, reserved for university designated deposit centers only.
• Franking Ink Cartridges and Cleaning Cards for Remote Capture Machine - Superior Press, 888-234-9425. Superior Press will ask for the serial number located on the bottom of the scanner.

Ohio State departments that would like to purchase payment card terminals may select from the pre-approved options below:

• Standard terminal
  • Clover Compact (connects via Ethernet or WiFi): $399 one-time purchase
• Mobile terminal
  • Clover Flex (connects via WiFi or AT&T 4G cellular): $600 one-time purchase
    • $25/month fee for cellular connection
• Additional approved options that include features such as integrated cash drawers and networked printers are also available from Clover. Please contact us for more information.

To order terminals, the Merchant Manager must email the following information to merchant@osu.edu:

• Merchant name and number (12-digit number)
• Model number and quantity of terminals to order
• Shipping address for the terminals
