Endowment Administration

Endowment Administration administers the fund accounting and financial reporting functions for the Long-Term Investment Pool which includes gifted endowments (both university and foundation) and various long-term operating funds.

• Searchable Endowment Funds: The Endowment Descriptions and Balances page has been permanently discontinued due to changes implemented by our fund reporting administrator during their most recent system upgrade. For access to endowment financial information, please visit go.osu.edu/account. If you have questions on how to set up an account, please see the instructions located here, or contact our Engagement Center at 800-762-5646 or via e-mail at engagementcenter@osu.edu.
• Reporting: For additional reports and fund information, university staff may request restricted access to the Endowment Funds Reporting Tool (opens in new window) after completing the GL 9 Endowment online course in Buckeye Learn. Effective January 1, 2026, the Reporting Tool will be retired due to changes implemented by our fund reporting administrator during their most recent system upgrade. We are actively working to develop an alternative reporting solution and appreciate your patience during this transition.
