Any transaction that maps to your PCard in Workday must be processed on an expense report, even when it is related to an error or fraud. You must submit an expense report within 10 business days of the transaction load date in Workday.
- Select PCard - Disputed Transaction or Dispute Credit as the business purpose
- Select Disputed Credit Card Transactions as the expense item type on the transaction line of the expense report
- With fraudulent transactions, you must attach a copy of the Dispute Form to the associated Expense Report
*If the transaction was disputed with the bank and a credit is issued in Workday. You will need to submit a separate expense report for the credit transaction within 10 business days of the transaction load date in Workday. Reference the expense report with the fraudulent transaction in the comments for audit review.
