Answer
When activating a new or replacement PCard, you will be prompted to provide the 4-digit verification code that was identified in the application. The same verification code will be prompted by the bank when calling with general account inquiries or when reporting a PCard lost/stolen.
The verification code will not permit the PCardholder to make changes to their accounts directly with the bank (e.g., limit increases).
If you don't recall your verification code:
- Contact the PCard Office for assistance (the verification code will only be provided to the PCardholder listed on the PCard Application Request), or
- Refer to the "My Requests" report in Workday to view the PCard Application Request (only with applications submitted after 8/15/24)
