Travelers (including faculty, staff, students, and authorized guests) may rent vehicles for official University business.
Rental age restrictions may apply. The minimum rental age at most locations is 18 years for commercial travelers renting vehicles for University business purposes. Rentals involving drivers ages 18–20 may be limited to specific vehicle classes. Renters are encouraged to contact the rental location directly in advance to confirm driver eligibility requirements.
At vehicle pick‑up, renters must present a valid driver’s license. In addition, a BuckID or other University‑affiliated identification may be required to verify eligibility for business rental terms.
