Answer
If the card is set to expire, it will automatically be renewed by the bank. No action is needed to initiate renewal of your expiring PCard.
Renewal cards for those expiring should arrive at the PCard Office by the end of the month prior to expiration (ex: Card expires in April, the replacement will arrive in late March).
The PCardholder will either receive an email directly from the PCard Office notifying them that the renewal PCard has arrived and is ready for pick up, or their PCard will be distributed by their unit.
Note: The current PCard will continue to work through the end of the month it expires in (ex: PCards expiring in April will continue to work through the end of April).
