You must prepare a separate tax return for each tax year. Since tax year 2025 is the first year Ohio State is using Sprintax Returns, you must go to the IRS website, Prior year forms and instructions and download/print Form 1040-NR, Instructions for Form 1040-NR and Form 8843 to complete prior year tax returns.
