The order of preference for securing chartered transportation services is as follows:
1) OSU TTM (Internal provider)
2) Contracted Bus Companies â Miller, Cardinal, Baronâs
3) Contracted Broker â STM
4) Non-contracted providers
OSU users are expected to exhaust internal or contracted options before pursuing use of non-contracted suppliers. The contracted bus companies can primarily cover trips originating in Ohio. It is recommended to use the broker, STM, for out of market trips, rather than evaluating and setting up a local supplier for a single-use situation.
