• RETURNS. 

1. A Returned Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number must be obtained for the Supplier prior to returning any Product(s).
2. For all returns not relating to manufacturers’ warranties, returns must be made within forty-five (45) days of date of delivery to the OSU be accompanied by the original invoice number, include a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
3. Upon obtaining an RMA number you will be instructed where to return the Product.
4. All electrostatic discharge (“ESD”) sensitive devices returned to Supplier may undergo incoming inspection, utilizing Supplier's ESD work instructions and the most recent version of the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard published by the American National Standard Institute and EOS/ESD Association, Inc. An ESD product that has not been handled properly according to the standard will not be eligible for credit or refund.
5. Return freight charges must be prepaid or deducted from the invoice credit, as outlined in the RMA online process. 
6. To the extent that Digi-Key purchases a Product from a manufacturer specifically for you, such Products may be Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable.
7. Parts specified as "Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable" at time of quote or sale are not returnable, including Products designated as Chip Outpost Products.
8. Digi-Key will serve as a point of contact in any returns.

9. In most cases, Supplier will accept merchandise returns subject to these terms and will replace the Product or refund your money at your option.
