Unless noted in exceptions, all suppliers must provide Coca-Cola products, no delivery or pick up fees, no minimum order required, disposables provided at no additional fee, no deposit. No gratuities needed due to service fees.

Ordering
- Contact supplier for a quote for item(s)/services requested
- Once quote is sent by supplier and approved by requestor, place order through Buckeye Buy
- Create requisition using type "Buckeye Buy Request"
- Full-Service Catering suppliers have hosted catalogs in Buckeye Buy with two one-line options; one line for alcohol and one line for catering
- Place order directly through Buckeye Buy and attach supplier quote
- Contact the Marketplace Team at BF-Marketplace@osu.edu for questions about University funded Buckeye Buy purchases
