The building service profession has been the primary employ of Mr. Perry for 48 + years. Mr. Perry’s experience started in his youth, working for his father’s janitorial service in Youngstown, Ohio. He has dealt extensively with contracts in both the public and private sectors including city, state, federal and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to founding Perry Contract Services, Inc. in 1985, Mr. Perry started the Columbus branch of a major regional building service company. He was directly responsible for approximately 150 service personnel until his departure.  Mr. Perry is the longest running member of the Central Ohio IFMA (International Facility Manager Association). He has been certified thru BSCAI ( Building Services Cleaning Association International)
