Ordering and Pricing
  • Contact the account representative to get a proposal ad hoc to the needs.
  • No contracts need to be signed.
  • Create a Non-catalog request requisition and reference the supplier contract number.
  • Photographer will quote jobs based on the following rates:
    • $165/hr - includes photography services during scheduled time, basic editing, electronic delivery of photos, and one round of requested edits.
    • Additional retouching/editing may require additional fees
    • Photography coverage during non-standard hours of 12am-5am would incur will be billed an additional $50/hr
  • Two hour minimum
  • Cancellation: If a cancellation occurs less than 3 hours prior to scheduled event, the cancellation will be billed at half the 1-hourly rate agreed upon for the event/shoot.
