• Water services are to be paid by PO and Invoice; OSU accounts with Magnetic Springs are not to be paid by using the Magnetic Springs invoicing portal.
• After setting up the account, create a requisition for the anticipated annual dollar amount to be spent through the Buckeye Buy catalog. Search for the supplier, “Magnetic Springs” to locate both the 5-gallon and filtration unit. Enter the total dollar amount of either filtration unit or 5-gallon bottle water service in the quantity field of the appropriate catalog line. This will produce a purchase order for the full amount of service throughout the fiscal year. Purchase orders for water service are to be single line orders to accommodate invoice processing. Refer to the pricing section on this contract book page for details on per bottle or filtration unit rental costs.
• The "Memo to Supplier" section of the PO must contain in this order:
  • Account number
  • Type of dispenser needed (currently installed or needed)
  • Estimated number of bottles that will be used during the Fiscal Year
  • Typical days delivery location is staffed to receive water deliveries
  • Delivery Location (complete address, including room number)
  • Contact name and phone number at delivery location
  • Previous fiscal year master PO#
• Each dispenser/filtration unit should have one master PO. If you need additional items, request a change order to the original PO. Do not combine locations on a single PO.
