  • Anyone who travels for business that may include personal travel
  • Anyone responsible for planning and arranging business travel that may include personal travel on behalf of an employee
  • Anyone who is responsible for generating or approving Spend Authorizations and Expense Reports in Workday related to business travel processing when personal travel is included
