• Contact the Marketplace Team for questions about university funded Buckeye Buy Purchases.
• While positions are open no contact is permitted between suppliers and hiring managers so as not to create an unfair advantage when positions are being bid. The University will not pay liquidated damages in the event that a contractor’s employee is hired by the University any time after 180 days from the beginning of an engagement. The University will consider liquidated damages of ten-percent (10%) of annualized first year’s fees in the event that a contractor’s employee is hired by the University between ninety and 179 days from the beginning of an engagement.
• The University reserves the right to seek permanent placement services from contractors and shall pay a maximum of twenty-percent (20%) of first year’s salary as a permanent placement fee.
