The "Check Your Blind Spots" Tour will be visiting Ohio State on Wednesday, November 7, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Ohio Union West Plaza. On January 1, 2019, the hourly minimum wage in Ohio will increase from $8.30 to $8.55 for all non-tipped workers and from $4.15 to $4.30 for all tipped workers. System-wide increases for current Ohio State employees will be centrally implemented effective December 23, 2018. The HR Compensation team asks that all hiring managers begin using the $8.55 hourly pay rate for new non-tipped employees starting November 11, 2018.
