The University Travel Office is offering a special information session to provide guidance and resources to assist with planning and arranging international business travel.

  • Policy and Eligibility Requirements (AOU and Pre-Authorization for Restricted Locations)
  • Travel ID Documentation
  • Insurance Coverage and Recommendations
  • Q&A with panel of experts from Export Control, Risk Management, Corporate Travel Planners and the University Travel Office.

WHO SHOULD JOIN THIS SESSION?

  • Anyone who travels internationally for business
  • Anyone responsible for planning and arranging international business travel on behalf of an employee or guest
  • Anyone who is responsible for generating or approving Spend Authorizations and Expense Reports in Workday related to international business travel
