Delivery or pick-up?

All catalog Items display a default fulfillment method (delivery or pick-up). Some items are pick-up only. Users should be careful to note this before checking out from the catalog.

Store selection:

All Columbus campus orders should be placed with the Silver Drive location. Other Central Ohio stores are not prepared to receive catalog orders which will affect the processing time.

Order History by individual user

Each catalog user can view their individual order history under the My Account link on the catalog landing page. Click on the OSU purchase order number highlighted in blue to see the order details including the corresponding Lowe’s order number.
