Goal Setting Conversations
Setting goals can be a way to think positively, purposefully and productively about the future. Defining clear goals that align with college or unit goals and stretch the employee is an important conversation in the Performance and Development Cycle. New resources are available on HR’s Gateway to Learning website with suggestions for managers and employees. In addition, there is a Conversations of Performance Management course in BuckeyeLearn with a video and tip sheets for each of these conversations: Plan, Develop, Feedback, Review.
