Asset Management would like to recognize the College/VP Areas that have completed their 2019 Physical Inventory and Equipment Review in advance of this year’s deadline. Special note of appreciation to the following:
|Due to unique requirements, UNIV and OSP assets are processed for maintenance changes and updates by two separate Asset Management units. When submitting an Asset Maintenance Form for updates (retirements, transfers, etc.), please be sure that you are using the appropriate form associated with the type of Asset (UNIV or OSP).|
In preparation for the Workday conversion, Colleges/VP Areas need to account for assets that should be tracked. In order to ensure all necessary information about those assets is transferred into Workday in 2020, efforts need to be made to capture asset details in the current system or through the Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
A Functional Analyst with the Enterprise Project will be reaching out to schedule reviews with College/VP Areas to coordinate these efforts and guide Asset Coordinators through the transition requirements. If your area has not been contacted by the Enterprise Project for asset conversion preparation, contact Sandy Otis (firstname.lastname@example.org).
