Career Roadmap: Learning sessions and review period to open for managers

Learning sessions will begin October 1 for 4,600 supervisors whose direct reports will be covered by Career Roadmap. Registration for these 90-minute sessions is in BuckeyeLearn. Starting September 30, supervisors will have the opportunity to view how their direct reports were initially mapped in the first draft of the new framework. They will be instructed to work with their unit HR partners.

The review window for managers is September 30 - November 8, 2019. Managers should review how their direct reports were mapped and provide feedback as needed. Mapping will continue to be refined through the end of the year and into 2020. Note that the job catalog (Excel and PDF) on the position mapping web page has been updated based on feedback from HR partners.
