WHEN? Join us on Tuesdays from 2-3 p.m. (June 8th-December 13th)
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM OFFICE HOURS?
- Overview of current PCard Updates (system and policy)
- Demonstrations of Workday processes
- Chat discussion with the PCard Office to ask direct questions or guidance for policy/systems issues
- Sessions will differ each week based on current updates and participant questions
WHO SHOULD JOIN OFFICE HOURS?
- Target participants include: Cardholders (Individual Card) and Card Managers (Department or Service Card)
WHERE DO I GET ADDITIONAL GUIDANCE OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS?
- Administrative Resource Center (ARC)
- Workday for Core Users: Create Expense Report for Transactions (travel and non-travel)
